John is a psychospiritual therapist practicing in Franklin, Tennessee. His specialities include adult psychotherapy, marital therapy, executive coaching and clinical supervision. He has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1986, first in California and now in Tennessee. He is also an Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. A significant part of his practice is spent supervising young therapists for licensure and greater expertise. He is an alumni of Fuller Seminary (Marriage and Family Therapy), Bethel University (Sociology), Masterson Institute (Personality Disorders), San Francisco Seminary (Spiritual Direction) and Manresa Jesuit Retreat House (Ignatian Spirituality). In addition to his private practice he has directed the counseling ministries of Calvary Community Church (Thousand Oaks, California) and Christ Community Church (Franklin, Tennessee). For 30 years John has been combining the best of psychological and spiritual truths in a way that has promoted healing for countless individuals, couples, and groups. Together with his wife Diane, also a licensed therapist, they are available for intensive healing experiences for couples. They reside in Franklin, Tennessee and have two adult sons.
